Job Description:
The Midweight Creative Designer – Luxury will be responsible for shaping and driving the creative vision and storytelling for all luxury segments within the retail group. Supporting campaigns, collaborations, and activations that enhance brand positioning, engage consumers, and drive sales. The role requires a deep understanding of fashion, premium retail, marketing, and advertising, with a strategic link to consumer trends and insights. Working at the intersection of luxury, fashion, and lifestyle, the candidate must understand integrated ‘Platform First’ brand advertising in the digital age.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Strategy & Brand Development: Define and execute creative directions for luxury and fashion, ensuring consistency across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
2. Campaign Leadership & Execution: Support the development of multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with internal and external teams, oversee content creation, and manage photographic and AV resources.
3. Luxury Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities for innovation and partnerships, and leverage data and digital technologies like AI for future-proofing.
4. Leadership & Collaboration: Work with creative teams and stakeholders, attend shoots, and ensure brand consistency. Build industry relationships and manage budgets effectively.
5. Design & Art Direction: Lead design and art direction, create mockups and presentations, review work, and guide the creative team.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a senior or midweight creative role within luxury, sports, or fashion retail/marketing/advertising.
* Strong understanding of brand storytelling, digital marketing, and experiential activations.
* Expertise in creative direction, campaign development, visual identity, and graphic design.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Strong network within the luxury, sports, and fashion industries is desirable.
* Ability to think strategically and develop ‘Big Ideas’ aligned with consumer insights.
