About Our Client Our client is a young child living with complex medical needs, including:
Pallister-Killian syndrome with epilepsy and autonomic dysfunction Scoliosis, reflux, vomiting, and visual impairment
Clinical support requirements include:
Following an advanced care plan regarding resuscitation Monitoring oxygen saturation and heart rate Managing oral secretions with suctioning Administering nebulised/oral medications and buccal midazolam for seizures Caring for PEG-J tube (jejunal feeding and drainage) Using hoisting and postural management equipment for safe transfers Supporting personal care and monitoring skin integrity
