Freight Forwarding Coordinator
Location:Twyford, Winchester
Salary:£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)
We're recruiting on behalf of a well?known, award?winning British brand recognised for its innovation, quality, and sustainability. As the business continues to grow globally, we're looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join their logistics team in Hampshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing both domestic and international shipments - ensuring products reach customers and partners across the UK and worldwide in perfect condition and on time.
What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating international and UK shipments across air, sea, and road freight
*
Managing import and export operations from booking to delivery
*
Preparing commercial documentation, including invoices and packing lists
*
Handling customs clearance processes and maintaining compliance with regulations
*
Liaising closely with freight partners, suppliers, and internal teams to plan efficient deliveries
*
Monitoring shipments, tracking progress, and resolving any issues or delays
*
Ensuring all shipping and logistics data is accurately recorded and invoiced
*
Supporting wider supply chain operations during busy periods
*
Working closely with the directors to support the smooth running of operations
What We're Looking For
*
Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing
*
Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures
*
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
*
Great communication and relationship?building abilities
*
Able to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast?paced environment
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and freight management systems
*
Own or reliable transport is essential - the site is not accessible by public transport
