The Role
As a Sales Advisor you will create an outstanding customer experience and grow sales. You will assist with the daily operational running of the store, focus on customer needs, and work as part of a supportive team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of the store.
* Contracted Hours: 4
* Contract Type: Permanent Contract
* Pay Rate: £8.81 - £13.04
What You Will Do
* Greet customers and provide great service by listening to their needs.
* Deliver expert perfume advice to customers, with training provided.
* Help the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets—supporting incentives and prizes for success.
* Offer every customer a free reward card to maximise future offers and potential savings.

* Commission at Christmas based on store sales and number of hours worked.
* Regular hours with rota released at least 4 weeks in advance.
