Social Housing Electrician – Crawley
Permanent Role
Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Crawley.
Role details:
1. Permanent position
2. £40,000 per annum
3. Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
4. Van and fuel card provided
5. Full permanent benefits package
Duties will include:
6. Electrical maintenance within occupied social housing properties
7. Fault finding and repairs
8. Testing and remedial works as required
Requirements:
9. Fully qualified Electrician
10. Electrical qualifications essential (Level 3, 2391 or equivalent)
11. Previous social housing experience preferred
12. Full UK driving licence
