Overview
The Brand Strategist for P5 is a pivotal, forward-thinking role responsible for translating business objectives into actionable, insight-driven brand strategies that position new products and brands for success, while proactively shaping the future innovation pipeline-extending the NP brand ZYN or exploring new frontiers.

Role Summary
The successful candidate will serve as the architect of brand strategy for P5, bridging business ambitions with creative execution. This includes developing robust brand positioning, creative strategies, and foundational insights that inspire and guide cross-functional teams. A core expectation is to champion the identification and development of future pipeline opportunities, ensuring the brand's relevance and leadership in a dynamic, competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

* Pipeline Development: Lead the strategic exploration and definition of future pipeline opportunities, whether through the extension of ZYN or the incubation of new brands and product concepts.
* Brand Frameworks & Positioning: Interpret business goals and market insights to build compelling, differentiated brand frameworks. Define and articulate brand positioning and creative strategy for new product launches.
* Close Collaboration with Creative & Design Teams: Work hand-in-hand with creative and design teams to ensure the brand strategy is not only understood but also flawlessly executed and articulated across all consumer touchpoints. Foster a culture of open communication, co-creation, and shared ownership, ensuring that every creative output-whether packaging, campaigns, or digital experiences-reflects the strategic intent and elevates the brand's presence.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with marketing, innovation, and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution from concept to market.
* Strategic Creative Leadership:
* Ensure all creative output is grounded in strong strategic thinking, leveraging consumer and market insights to inspire breakthrough ideas and distinctive brand experiences.
* Communication & Influence: Present and communicate strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels, championing the brand's vision and the rationale behind key decisions.

Strategic Imperative
This role is not only about delivering on today's business objectives but also about shaping the future-ensuring that P5's brand strategy is a springboard for ongoing innovation, category leadership, and sustainable growth. The Brand Strategist must be relentless in seeking out new opportunities for ZYN and beyond, building a pipeline that secures the brand's relevance for years to come.
