About The Role
A Customer Service Agent will carry out services under the brand of Airport Concierge. You will be required to assist a range of customers, from unaccompanied minors to high profile VIPs at Heathrow Airport.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer service in a security restricted area
2. To provide airline check-In & baggage hall assistance
3. Provide Concierge Porter service and En-Route Lounge
4. Ensure all services are carried out to the highest standards at all times
5. Work in line with all company, client and environment protocol agreements
6. Ensure company presentation standards are adhered to at all times
7. Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when assisting high profile clients whilst maintaining strict GDPR confidentiality
8. To develop, build and maintain effective working relationships with clients
9. Always show professional, courtesy and respect to all co-workers and staff
10. To confidentially trouble-shoot and assist in resolving issues, dealing with disruption and irregularities which may occur
11. Ensure you have in-depth knowledge of the airport environment and products
12. Liaise closely with Co-Ordinators/Team Leaders and co-workers to ensure team effectiveness and a positive working environment
13. Completion of all necessary reports and paperwork accurately and efficiently
14. Escalate any foreseeable service issues to your Co-Ordinator/Team Leader at the earliest opportunity
About You
Requirements:
15. Be able to handle heavy baggage up to 32kg per bag
16. Live within the local area of Heathrow Airport
17. Must be extremely reliable, punctual and flexible to cover shift patterns (early & late)
18. Self-motivated, attention to detail, problem-solving using initiative, and eager to learn and develop
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in travel, or in an appropriate customer service environment
