Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Dummer, Basingstoke (office based)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Recruitment is a new specialism within the HR team. For the last 6 months we have successfully piloted in-house recruitment and we are now ready to expand the team, due to the growth of the employee base. We expect to recruit 180 to 200 roles in the next year. The environment is fast paced and ever changing, as we evolve to provide a high quality service to our customers across the 12 regional SCG offices.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a career with SCG. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager the role is potentially a springboard for the right person, to grow their existing skill set and have the opportunity to influence the introduction and evolution of new processes for the recruitment team. The successful candidate will be able to be resilient in an ever changing and high pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
2. Assist in drafting job adverts and posting roles across our careers website and job boards.
3. Use jobsites to resource candidates using Boolean search strings.
