We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a large team of skilled technicians, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery and strong operational performance. As the senior team member supporting the Dealerpoint Manager, the Workshop Manager will play a crucial role in managing the full customer journey — from booking and planning, through quality control, to completion and invoicing. You’ll take ownership of productivity targets, team morale, process compliance and the continued development of your colleagues.
