The Role:
As an Oxfam Store Manager in one of our Superstores, you will be responsible for all aspects of operational management of a large-format store. You will drive growth and development of your store in line with our values and strategy. Leading and empowering a team of paid staff and volunteers, you will aim to maximize income and deliver a positive customer and donor experience, embodying Oxfam's brand.
