The Role:

As an Oxfam Store Manager in one of our Superstores, you will be responsible for all aspects of operational management of a large-format store. You will drive growth and development of your store in line with our values and strategy. Leading and empowering a team of paid staff and volunteers, you will aim to maximize income and deliver a positive customer and donor experience, embodying Oxfam's brand.

* Experience managing large stores or multi-site operations, driving revenue and leading large teams.

* Strong operational management skills, ensuring standards and processes are maintained.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Adaptability to changing operational needs.
* Effective time management and prioritization.

* Commercial awareness and judgment.
