Job Description
We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Yorkshire and the Humber, specifically in South Yorkshire, Sheffield. As an integral part of our educational institution, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning activities in Primary Schools.
Job Duties:
Delivering curriculum under the guidance of qualified teachers
Managing student behaviour in the classroom and during activities
Assisting with assessment and reporting processes
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
HLTA qualification
Bachelors Degree in Education or related field
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Previous experience working in a school setting
Strong understanding of the national curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training or certifications in education
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
