About The Role
SFR Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce the opportunity for a Content Creation Lead (Maternity Cover) within a prominent organization operating in the residential and trade marketing space. Based in Daventry or Willenhall, this full-time role offers a hybrid working pattern, providing flexibility to balance on-site and remote work. The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 and requires a dedicated professional to lead the creation of high‑impact visual content across multiple channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in developing engaging packaging, retail assets, and in‑store campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design and content creation, with proven experience in retail and product packaging. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred. You should have a solid portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging visual content, including packaging, POS materials, and retail activation assets. Proficiency in industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are vital. Experience working with printers and suppliers to produce print‑ready artwork is also highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Create engaging packaging artwork across a variety of product categories, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends.
* Design point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, including FSDUs (Free Standing Display Units), retail displays, and other activation assets for major stores and trade environments.
* Develop and execute in‑store campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive customer engagement, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
* Support product launches by producing compelling visuals for both digital and print channels, ensuring high‑quality output.
* Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands and product lines, adhering to style guides and brand standards.
* Prepare print‑ready artwork and liaise with printers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of final products.
* Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.
