Position

We are seeking a dedicated Quality and Assurance Executive to join our Appeals team and ensure our quality is kept and maintained to our high standards.


The Quality and Assurance Executive will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with various departments and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the excellence and consistency of our business operations.


Responsibilities and Duties

To conduct quality assurance on work processed through the complaints and appeals teams.

Maintain and ensure consistency with QA on all tasks reviewed.

To assist in analysing quality performance metrics.

To assist the Team Leader in creating and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality.

To assist in identifying areas for improvement across quality assurance and potentially other departments.

Collaborate with departments on processes and quality improvement.

Other information about the role

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm

Location: Newton Abbot with hybrid flexibilities after probation period.

There is free onsite parking. The office dress code is smart casual.

* The postholder may be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by the most effective means available
