We are currently looking for a Crane Service Engineer to join our growing service team. You will be responsible for carrying out effective maintenance, inspections, and repair work on crane equipment—including all-terrain, rough terrain, and crawler cranes—either at customer premises, onsite, or at our depot when needed. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that service quality and timelines are consistently met, boosting customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty, all while delivering exceptional service and maintaining high technical standards. Your tasks: Performing diagnosis, servicing, and repair of electrical systems, hydraulic components, and diesel engines (including ECU software uploads/downloads) Conducting inspections and maintenance of all-terrain, rough terrain, and crawler cranes at customer sites, on-site locations, or at the depot Working safely at heights and in accordance with all company and regulatory health and safety protocols Managing your own time effectively to meet service deadlines and customer expectations Collaborating closely with the Technical Team for ongoing support and training Handling warranty and return parts processes, ensuring timely, clean, and correctly labelled returns Reading, understanding, and maintaining accurate service documentation Building strong working relationships with depot support teams and customers Maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-satisfactory work environment after each job Upholding a professional image at all times, including personal appearance and vehicle condition Proactively seeking opportunities to develop personal skills and apply new knowledge in the field Providing technical support and training to customers and team members as needed Your profile: A technical qualification or formal training in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering (or equivalent practical experience) Valid Slinger and CSCS certifications A strong team player with a collaborative mindset Excellent communication skills across all levels, including with customers and internal teams A flexible and proactive approach to work, including occasional travel as required Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software (advantageous) In-depth, hands-on knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems A commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism We offer: Competitive salary and benefits; Training and personal development; Work in a dynamic, collaborative and international environment; Personal and professional development opportunities and ongoing on-the-job training; A culture with flat hierarchies, simple communication and plenty of room for your ideas; A chance to work directly with a manufacturer, and grow together with its new subsidiary from scratch;
