Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality dishes to the hotel’s exacting standards. Manage and oversee your assigned section of the kitchen. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop innovative menus. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Mentor and support junior kitchen staff. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and local Irish produce. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential. What We Offer: Competitive salary of €35,000 per annum.
