About The Role
In your role as a Non-Clinical Unit Manager at HC-One, you'll value one thing above all: kindness. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every team member understands that our residents are individuals with their own stories. Joining us offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.
As a Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for a specific part of the home, ensuring the highest level of care. You will also run the entire home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy. Your duties include addressing residents' needs with dignity and ensuring their well-being, whether reporting mobility issues, monitoring samples, or administering medication.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to join the HC-One family.
We aim to provide a seamless onboarding experience, from job offer to start date.
About You
