Are you a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist looking to develop your clinical skills in a supportive community setting? We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly, well-established Flintshire Community Team, delivering high-quality rehabilitation to adults across the local area.
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, providing assessment, treatment, and personalised rehabilitation plans in patients' homes, community clinics, and other community environments. You will work closely with our Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, gaining advanced support to enhance your clinical reasoning, develop specialist skills, and contribute to high-quality community physiotherapy services.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant would be required to deliver evidence based practice, be responsible for training and supervision of both rotational staff and Physiotherapy support staff ranging from Band 3 to Band 4 and contribute to service development.
To carry out physiotherapy assessments and treatments; developing individualised therapeutic treatment programmes for a specialised caseload in the relevant clinical area. Patients may include those with physical and psychological problems in area of speciality; some of whom may have a level of complexity. Team leader; clinical specialist or advanced practitioners are available for clinical and managerial support.
Once in post there will be support from the team leader on site as well as training opportunities within the wider Physiotherapy service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
