Head Receptionist – Luxury Salon (Gielly Green, London)

We are looking for a Head Receptionist to lead our front of house team and ensure a seamless, polished, and high-end client experience.
You will manage a team of 6 receptionists and take full responsibility for the daily running of reception within a busy luxury salon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of receptionists
* Deliver a five-star client experience at all times
* Oversee bookings, client flow, and front desk organisation
* Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and professionalism
* Handle client queries and issues with confidence and discretion
* Train and guide the team to follow company standards
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a high-end salon, clinic, or hospitality environment
* Is polished, organised, and calm under pressure
* Has previous team leader or senior receptionist experience
* Leads by example and takes ownership
* Understands that front of house sets the tone for the entire business
