Role Criteria:
We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. Successful candidates will support with tasks such as household chores, tenancy maintenance, personal care, medication support, nutrition, and activities. Some of our service users enjoy activities like:
* Art and crafts
* Bowling
* Car journeys
* Activities at the Alva Office
* Swimming
* Coffee mornings
We support a diverse range of service users, from 1-hour support to 24-hour support with various shift patterns. Our Support Workers find variety and a great sense of reward in their daily activities, as no two days are the same. We emphasize treating each individual with respect and dignity.
