About the Role:
As a deputy Manager, you'll be expected to:-Support the Nursery Manager in the running of the regular day to day-Step in as acting manager when needed-Lead and mentor room leaders and practitioners to maintain high-quality childcare-Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted standards-Develop strong connections with parents, carers and outside agencies-Assist In staff recruiting, training and performance management-Work excellently within the EYFS curriculum

What are we looking for?- Level 3 or above in childcare/Early Years- At last 2-3 years leadership experience in a nursery or childcare setting- Knowledge of the EYFS framework- Knowledge of safeguarding and early years legislation.- Strong organisation and management skills- Confident approach
