Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on satisfaction and quality
Assist with the maintenance, repair, and installation of domestic boilers and heating systems.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with company policies and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in the heating, maintenance, or customer service industry is a plus, but not required.
A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in your role.
Experience Required:
Customer service: 1 year (required)
