This is a hybrid role, with 50% of your working week spent in our Maxim office.

About the job:
Our Claims Handlers manage insurance claims efficiently and empathetically in a modern, welcoming office environment. This is primarily a phone-based role where you will handle home claims from start to resolution, guiding customers through the process, gathering necessary information, and assessing claims in line with policies and procedures to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

Working Hours:
* Shifts between 8am-9pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
* Current rotation includes one late shift every 4 weeks and one weekend day every 4 weeks.
* Average of 35 hours per week over 5 days.
* Flexibility required as shifts are on a rota basis.
* Open on Bank Holidays.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customer needs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Empathetic listening and reasoning abilities.
* Flexible attitude towards change and fast-paced environments.
* Good IT skills for system navigation.
