We are currently working with an independent, multi award winning business that is looking for an enthusiastic and proven Regional Account Manager to join their extremely successful team! This would suit an individual who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and wants to work with globally recognised luxury fashion brands.
As a Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for looking after the Midlands area, managing around 300 accounts, nurturing, developing and maintaining relationships, and also bringing on new business. You will be responsible for building a comprehensive sales pipeline, effective e-communication on products and building important key relationships. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive thinker, and able to exercise good judgement.
Key Responsibilities Include;
1. Deliver monthly minimum sales targets for you area
2. Management of a portfolio of accounts
3. Booking and attending meetings
4. Develop and delivering sales presentations
5. Management of customer expectations and delivery an exceptional level of service at all times
6. Build structured visit agendas through new and existing customers
7. Develop value-based relationships with customers at multiple contact points
8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
9. Develop and delivering sales presentations
10. Quarterly call cycles on all existing and new customers through data analysis and structured planning
11. Market research and selection to expand Midlands database
About you?
You will have effectively demonstrated a consistent track record in increasing existing sales through dynamic account management and also bringing on new business.
12. Must have experience in a field sales role
13. Experience working with luxurious products - would be a advantageous
14. Any experience in pharma or medical sales - would be a advantageous
15. Proven track record of effective account management
16. Proven track record in meeting sales targets
17. Display strong new business lead generation of quality opportunities
18. The ability to understand and engage all key stakeholder
19. Confident, articulate, works well under pressure
20. A high level of negotiating, presentation and interpersonal skills
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
22. As the role will be field-based - must have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage workload
23. Passion for sales and delivering a high level of service
24. Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
25. Positive outlook, strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of results, genuine care of getting the best outcomes for the customer.
26. Analytical with strong computer skills, confident to analyse and present data and statistics.
The role
27. Salary £32,500 guaranteed OTE of £50,000 for 12 months
28. 5% commission on any sales made in the Midlands
