Job Description
Payroll Admin - Responsibilities
7. Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
8. Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay.
9. Verify timesheets, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
10. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (tax, pensions, benefits).
11. Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
12. Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and assist with audits.
13. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for accurate data flow.
The Successful Applicant
What you need to be successful?
14. Any relevant UK payroll exposure - such as PAYE, NI calculations, SMP, SSP etc.
15. Excellent customer centric mindset and strong attention to detail
16. Exposure to MS packages (outlook, excel, word etc.)
17. Problem solving attitude
18. Strong verbal and written communication
19. Happy to commute to Basingstoke - office based role
