Job description: Location: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU Hourly Rate: £12.71 Schedule: Casual, zero-hour contract - Monday to Sunday between 08:00 to 18:00 Ready to impact a better future? To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Campsite Warden to join our Team. As a Campsite Warden within our Leisure team, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable outdoor experience for all visitors. You will ensure the site maintains high standards of cleanliness, customer service, presentation. You will support guests with any queries and contribute to creating a positive and memorable environment that encourages return visits. What you’ll do as Campsite Warden You’ll be entrusted to: · Ensure the campsite is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation, including paths, pitches, communal spaces, and bins · Welcome guests, handle enquiries and provide assistance if required · General Maintenance including basic repairs, reporting issues, maintaining facilities, and ensuring equipment is safe and functional · Regular inspections of pitches, amenities, and safety points · Health & Safety compliance; follow site procedures, identify hazards, and ensure safe working practices · Grass cutting and litter picking across the site Does this sound like you? You’ll be a great fit for this role if you are: · Skilled in basic DIY or groundskeeping · Comfortable in a customer facing role · Comfortable working outdoors in all weather · Reliable, organised, and proactive · Ability to work independently and use initiative Vetting and checks: As well as checking eligibility to work in the UK, you will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
