We are looking for a School Office Administrator to join Crowlands Primary School, part of The Growing Together Federation to join in September 2025.
An individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive outlook and a calm and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will:
* Have a warm, personable and professional manner with an excellent work ethic
* Be a confident, assured communicator, both in written and verbal forms, able to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy
* Have first class organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to main calm under pressure and work to deadlines.

* Be able to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy and with complete respect for confidentiality

* Have a desire to work with children and be fully immersed in the life of a busy school and office
* Willing to learn and undertake first aid
This School Office Administrator role would be ideally suited to someone who has experience of working in a busy school office ideally with knowledge of school processes and databases (SIMS, in particular). The successful candidate must know how to work with a wide range of IT systems including Word & Excel and be willing to learn inhouse systems too.
The school is based in The London Borough of Havering and provides education to children from the ages of 3-11. The office team are a strong united group, that work cohesively with one another and create a great working atmosphere to be involved in.
The workload is split across the Admin Team with some areas assigned to individuals.
