Nattergal restores ecologically degraded land, creating wildlands that recover biodiversity, sequester carbon, improve water resilience, and reconnect communities with the natural world. To fund that work, we sell the natural capital it generates: including Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units, which developers and large infrastructure operators are legally required to purchase.
We're growing fast, and we need someone to help us sell.
The role
You'll be at the centre of our commercial operation, building pipeline, converting deals, and maintaining the relationships that keep buyers coming back. You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager and our CCO, representing Nattergal at events, open days, and industry networking as well as managing inbound and outbound sales.
What we're looking for
* 3–5 years in a sales or BD role, with a track record you can talk to in numbers
* A genuine hunger to build pipeline and close deals
* Proactive, curious, and commercially sharp you will be confident with senior stakeholders and comfortable representing a brand externally
* A self-starter who thrives in a growing business where things are still being built
* Background in property, real estate, carbon markets, or finance is a plus
* Experience in natural capital is not required
