* 109250 - Available Shift Pattern: Thursday 08:00 to 14:45, Saturday-Sunday 08:00 to 14:30
* 109248 - Available Shift Pattern: Wednesday 13:15 to 20:00, Saturday 13:30 to 20:00 and Sunday 8:30 to 14:30
* 109239 - Available Shift Pattern: Monday 13:15 to 20:00, Thursday 13:30 to 20:00, Saturday 08:00 to 14:30
This also applies to weeks including bank holidays and statutory/customary days, where you will be rostered to work as required.
This is a front-facing Library role responsible for enquiry handling and customer support in both the Main Library and University Archive (Modern Records Centre). The successful candidates will provide support for face-to-face and virtual enquiry services and support the delivery of excellent frontline customer services to diverse customer communities.

We are looking for outstanding candidates to join our Customer Services team. You will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a diverse range of people, be willing to learn, keen to take on new challenges, and able to work in a busy, evolving, customer-focused environment. You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
