Your RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
* Work across whole-class, group, and 1:1 settings.
* Respond to pupils’ emotional, social, and mental health needs.
* Support pupils’ access to learning—this may include personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, nappy changing).
* Observe progress, celebrate achievements, and liaise with staff to support learning.
* Contribute to a positive, aspirational, inclusive culture every day.
Essential Experience
* Previous experience in SEN or specialist education (mainstream background with relevant transferrable skills will be considered).
* Understanding of SEN, emotional/mental-health support, and practical care needs.
* Strong interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility, and resilience.
