The Integration Management Office (IMO) team oversees the seamless integration of acquired businesses into SoftServe. As the central hub for integration efforts, the team designs and implements comprehensive programs, ensuring all functions are aligned. They work closely with senior leaders and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful acquisitions and sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in M&A integration, including organizational change management
* Strong project management and process design skills
* Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Effective influencing and leadership abilities
* Self-motivated with goal-setting and multitasking capabilities
* Experience in building a Center of Excellence (COE) around acquisition integrations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
* Experience in IT services or technology fields is a plus
Responsibilities:
* Design and execute SoftServe’s acquisition integration programs
* Develop process maps, governance, and engagement models for integration
* Create playbooks for relevant work streams
* Assess tools, templates, checklists, and accelerators for future integrations
* Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement
* Work with HR to develop performance incentives for integration teams
* Identify and staff cross-functional SME/workstream teams, defining roles
* Develop integration plans pre-close and coordinate post-close execution
* Manage project deliverables and timelines
* Coordinate interdependencies between workstreams
* Escalate issues and propose resolutions promptly
* Identify and mitigate transaction risks before deal closing
* Manage KPI development, monitoring, and reporting for value capture
