Fostering Team Manager
Salary range: GBP45,000 : GBP55,000

Nonstop Care is working with reputable independent fostering agency, in the West Midlands, who are looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner or Team Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day to day practice of the fostering team, including direct management of a team of Social Workers and Support Workers
* Provide support, deliver trainings, and ensure all regulatory standards are met
* Work alongside the Registered Manager
Requirements:
* Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
* Drivers license.
* Management experience within fostering or a strong Senior Practitioner background
