LHH is excited to partner with a highly regarded independent firm based in Birmingham. They are looking for a skilled and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
* Managing audit and accounting assignments in accordance with current legislation and compliance requirements, overseeing audits from planning to completion for a diverse client portfolio.
* Delegating tasks and mentoring team members to support their professional growth and development.
* Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts.
* Collaborating closely with clients to establish and maintain trusted relationships.
* Presenting work to Partners with confidence, ensuring files are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
* Several years practice experience.
* Experience in audit and accounting, with a thorough understanding of current standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
