You will be a Registered Nurse (NMC) with substantial senior leadership experience within complex healthcare environments, ideally including hospice, palliative care, community or acute settings.
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Current level 1 NMC registration (essential)
* Significant experience in clinical leadership at senior level
* Strong expertise in clinical governance, quality and patient safety
* A track record of service improvement and change leadership
* Confidence working with regulators (e.g. CQC) and managing inspections
* Excellent communication and engagement skills
* A values‑led approach aligned with compassionate, person‑centred care
* Experience in end‑of‑life or hospice care is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate
