The Role
As a Commercial Broker, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth, managing renewals, and maintaining profitability. You will work closely with brokers, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, analyse risk, and make informed underwriting decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Profitably underwrite new business, secure renewals, and manage Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs).
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Analyse data and make informed decisions to manage risk effectively.
4. Ensure all underwriting adheres to governance practices and maintain accurate records.
5. Collaborate with sales, operations, and underwriting management to deliver the agency's proposition.
