About This Role
We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Filmmaking to join our award-winning UG and PGT Filmmaking programmes in the School of Arts at City Campus.
You will be expected to deliver various filmmaking modules, with a specific focus on documentary and unscripted filmmaking.
About You
* You will have extensive, recent industry experience and the ability to contribute to academic teaching at UG and PGT levels.
* You will contribute to developing students' professional practice, employability, and work experience.
* You will have significant teaching experience in HE, particularly in documentary and filmmaking, including curriculum design, delivery, assessment, and pastoral care.
Location
This role is based at our City Campus in Bristol, which includes Bower Ashton Studios, Arnolfini, Spike Island, and Watershed, serving as the hub for UWE Bristol’s creative and cultural subjects.
