About Our Client

Job Description

3. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
4. Provide expert advice and guidance on accounting and finance matters.
5. Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance client services and support business growth.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
8. Coordinate and oversee the work of junior team members where required.
9. Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timelines and meets quality standards.
10. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to offer relevant advice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Manager should have:

11. Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACCA or ACA (QBE will be considered).
12. Experience managing client portfolios within the professional services industry.
13. A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
14. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
16. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
17. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
18. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
