We are recruiting a Marketing Officer to join a creative team that is doing great things to promote our colleges and our growing commercial offer. This post will specifically focus on promoting College’s commercial businesses. These include the Drill, a multi-purpose arts and entertainment venue, The Old Bakery, a fine‑dining restaurant in Uphill Lincoln and Deans Sports and Leisure, a sports complex at the College which is open to the public.
We’re looking for an energised marketeer who wants to kickstart their career with a job that will expose them to a really varied and stimulating set of challenges and leave them with a packed CV. You’ll be working in a creative, flexible environment focused on outcomes, not where you are. We’ll need you in the office three‑days‑week and beyond that you can manage your own time.
