Responsibilities
* Caring and supporting residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
* Providing personal care, social support and creating impactful and heart‑warming memories.
* Ensuring residents’ needs are met through the use of our electronic care platform "Nourish".
* Working within a committed team.
* Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
* Performing any ad hoc duties required to meet service delivery for residents.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Enthusiastic about providing care.
* Great values and compassion for supporting people.
* Experience is an advantage but not necessary; full support and training will be provided.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently with creativity and passion for the work.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Capability to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
* Ability to engage well with people we support in their continuing interests and creating positive experiences.

* Part‑time contract.
* Flexible to work morning and evening shifts.
* Twilight hours: 6am‑10am, 6pm‑10pm, 7pm‑11pm.
* Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour.
