* Ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance jobs are well managed. - Manage KPI's to reduce penalties for missed maintenance jobs.
* Work with the customer to create strong business relationships.
* Manage technical compliance and ensure safe operation of all M+E works.
* Health and Safety and Risk assessments - working alongside the SHEQ team.
* the site Health & Safety (H&S) Plan and associated Risk Assessments, alongside the SHEQ team.
* Managing proactive lifecycle works as well as maintenance.
* Staff management and development
* City and Guilds or NVQ in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* PFI experience is essential.
* Previous experience managing an engineering team.
* Strong customer service skills, passionate about delivering and excellent client experience.
* Professional attitude, positive and approachable individual.
* Good working to tight deadlines and managing multiple workflows.
* Computer literate, written and verbal communication skills
