About the Role As a Behaviour Specialist TA, you will: Support pupils across KS3-KS4 in small groups to enhance learning, progress and engagement. Work closely with students with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs, including those with EHCPs. Provide stability, encouragement and positive behaviour support to help pupils achieve their potential.
