The college, which is Ofsted graded ‘good’, provides high-quality academic, technical, and vocational training to enhance qualifications, skills, and employability across the region, and operates from a number of campuses and sites across the city. We are now seeking a Deputy Principal – Quality and Student Experience. You will ensure every learner enjoys an outstanding, holistic student experience through consistently excellent teaching, learning, and assessment across all provision, from nurseries to higher education. As part of the college’s Executive Leadership Team, you will set and sustain a college-wide culture of ambitious, continuous improvement and outstanding practice, securing high achievement and at least ‘Good’ external judgements. You will play a key role in driving future-focused, resilient delivery by championing innovative pedagogy, smart use of digital technologies, and alignment to local skills needs. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Chief Executive and Principal, forging industry and community partnerships that reinforce Sheffield College’s status as an anchor institution and advance the “Learning” strand of the Strategic Plan. You will be a dynamic, proactive, and values-based leader with a moral purpose who puts students first and has an unwavering commitment to pursue achievement for all.
