Hays are working with a large Manufacturing business based in Telford who are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience – Support Representative.
to join their dynamic Customer Experience Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients throughout their journey with us
Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers across all project stages.
2. Assess customer needs and manage their journey through to projectpletion.
3. Maintain and update case files and work-in-progress records.
4. Manage service and spares quotations, orders, and invoicing.
5. Coordinate engineer travel, amodation, and documentation.
6. Handle purchase orders, requisitions, and stock control in collaboration with the Stores Department.
7. Support the Customer Support Help Desk with call handling, job allocation, and engineer scheduling.
8. Escalate issues andplaints appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
9. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
10. Ensurepliance withpany QMS procedures and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
11. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced or agile environment.
12. Strongmunication skills, both verbal and written.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
14. Experience with Sage 50, Sage 200, or similar accounting/planning software.
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
16. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
