About the role
We are a chartered financial planning and employee benefits practice, directly regulated by the FCA, with a strong reputation for delivering clear, personalised and professional advice. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a qualified Independent Financial Adviser to join our expanding advisory team.
You'll provide holistic financial planning to a range of private and corporate clients, delivering tailored advice across investments, pensions, protection, IHT planning and retirement strategies. With access to an established client base, in-house paraplanning and administrative support, this is an opportunity to focus on client outcomes and build long-term relationships in a compliant, client-centric environment.
Key responsibilities
1. Deliver holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
2. Conduct thorough fact-finds, risk profiling and cashflow modelling
3. Present clear, compliant recommendations to clients in writing and face-to-face
4. Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
5. Work closely with our internal paraplanning and admin team to ensure timely and accurate processing of advice
6. Stay up to date with industry regulations and maintain high standards of compliance
7. Contribute to business development through referrals, introducers, or networking (optional but supported)
What we're looking for
8. Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
9. Experience providing independent financial advice (ideally 3+ years)
10. Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and tax-efficient planning
11. Highly client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
12. Ability to manage your own workflow with support from internal teams
13. Drive to maintain high ethical and professional standards
