ABM UK is seeking dedicated and reliable full-time cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all assigned areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained in line with ABM's quality and cleanliness standards. This role offers flexible work hours and the opportunity to contribute to a cleaner environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in various environments.
2. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
3. Identify cleaning needs and report any areas of concern to the supervisor.
4. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is used correctly.
5. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Provide exceptional service to clients and respond to their needs promptly.
Person Specification:
* The successful candidate must have at least one of the following:
o Commercial window cleaning experience.
o Ability to work at height.
o Ability to work in a team or independently.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Complete all necessary equipment checks as required.
2. Keep all paperwork and documentation up to date.
3. Communicate effectively with team members.
4. Work safely within safety guidelines.
Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Must be over 18 years of age.
* Right to work in the UK with appropriate documentation.
