This is a non‑case holding role within a developing and growing service area. Within this role you will have the opportunity to be part of strategic planning and development whilst retaining a level of involvement within day‑to‑day practice matters. We are looking for someone with relevant fostering experience including quality assurance of assessments submitted from internal and external assessors. You will need a strong understanding of fostering regulations, the function of the fostering panel and experience of supervising and support staff within the service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape practice and performance within team, contributing to high standards of service delivery.
