Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately dispense medications according toprescriptions, adhering to legal and professional standards.
* Manage and maintain dispensary stock levels,ensuring efficient ordering and minimizing waste.
* Assist with medication reviews andreconciliation, liaising with patients and healthcare professionals.
* Provide advice to patients on the safe andeffective use of their medicines.
* Support the implementation of repeatprescribing protocols and medication safety initiatives.
* Contribute to audits and quality improvementprojects related to medicines management.
* Maintain accurate dispensing records anddocumentation.
* Work collaboratively with the wider practiceteam to ensure seamless patient care.
