Working within an experienced team, the selected candidate would be required to service new and existing customers with enquiries and orders..
The selected candidate would be responsible for every step of the customers journey through to order being placed.
General duties include generating presentations and idea, requesting visuals, raising quotations and placing orders internally with our production department.
Daily duties
* Customers first point of contact
* Liaison with the supply chain
* Suggesting idea
* Progressing to orders
* Arranging logistics
* Organising product visuals
* Problem solving/dealing with complaints
* Customer CRM updates
* Proactive customer contact
.The role responsibilities will be subject to change as required to complete the tasks required
What we look for...
* Minimum of 2 years of administration experience
* An appetite to learn and progress further.
* A good team player, with personality, empathy and exceptional organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.& communication skills
* The ability to develop and maintain customer and colleague relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
* Must be able to multi-task under pressure.
Due to this demanding role, must have a high capacity for working hard.
