Fluent French or Spanish Speaking Live-in Nanny
Location - Marylebone, London | Travel to Switzerland
Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus
We are a Private Family based in Marylebone in Central London, seeking a warm, experienced fluent French or Spanish speaking live-in Nanny.
This is a long-term, childcare-focused position, working alongside another full-time Nanny, and centres on the care and development of the younger children, providing consistency, structure, and a nurturing environment.
We are looking for a long term hire to replace a previous long-term nanny of over 4 years; someone who is educated, calm, discreet, and super organised.
The Role
You will take primary responsibility for multiple children all above nursery and school age, ensuring:
* Structured daily routines
* Age-appropriate engagement and developmental support
* A safe, positive, calm, and well-organised environment
The focus of childcare will be on 3 energetic young boys, aged 7, 5 and 3. The children are active with lots of clubs and extra‑curricular activities outside of school, including French, skiing, football, ice hockey, chess, kick boxing, judo and robotics. Their calendars will already be set, so only logistics will be needed. They also have a tutor, so just escorting the children to school, extra‑curricular clubs and playdates, as well as childcare when at home is required. Activities are only a short drive from home in Switzerland (car provided) and there will be a driver provided for travelling around London.
You will work collaboratively with a second Nanny. Both yourself and the second Nanny will work weekends, taking two consecutive days off midweek on a rotating schedule, and have breaks during the working day whilst the children are in school. Flexibility is required to travel, especially during kids holidays and during the winter months. No housekeeping duties are required, only organisation and preparation for the children’s activities.

Requirements
* Native French or Spanish speaker
* Proven experience as a private live-in Nanny within a structured household
* Experience with taking care of multiple children
* Comfortable working weekends and travelling internationally with a family
* Professional, discreet, and well-presented
* Must have a driving licence
