Now, they’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join the Partnerships team and help shape the relationships that keep this momentum going.
The role in a nutshell
You’ll be the face of the brand for a portfolio of premium clients, leading onboarding, steering campaigns, and ensuring every project hits the mark.
You’ll be the bridge between brilliant ideas and real-world delivery, working with marketing, data, and operations to bring experiences to life.
And because this team values trust and ownership, you’ll have the space to think strategically, build meaningful relationships, and find new opportunities to grow what’s already working.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading client onboarding and day-to-day account management.
* Managing senior relationships, ensuring smooth communication and real satisfaction.
* Coordinating internal teams to deliver campaigns and projects that make an impact.
* Analysing performance data, spotting trends, and recommending what’s next.
* Supporting retention and growth strategies across your portfolio.
* Representing the business at industry events and forums.
What you’ll bring
You’ve worked in client services or account management, and you thrive on relationships.
You’re commercially sharp, love problem-solving, and can translate strategy into action.
You’ll also bring:
* Confident communication and presentation skills.
* A knack for organisation and staying calm when things get busy.
* Experience collaborating across teams (marketing, data, ops – you name it).
* An analytical eye and great attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and client reporting tools.
* Familiarity with ISO 27001 or BS 10012 would be a bonus (training offered).
