An Essex Local Authority is seeking an experienced Planning Officer to join their Development Management team and manage a caseload of householder and minor applications.
What You’ll Do
Process householder and minor applications efficiently
Attend the office weekly; remaining work remote
Ensure decisions meet national and local policy and statutory deadlines
Support the wider Development Management team
What You’ll Bring
Experience in Development Management, especially householder/minor applications
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Knowledge of planning legislation and local policies
